How We're Different

Our doctors and staff are available to you all the time.
We don’t believe in long menu options – our medical assistant answers all office calls and if you have an urgent matter day or night, all our patients are provided with their doctor’s cell phone number and email to reach them quickly.

We make appointments to fit your schedule, not ours.
During regular business hours, we’ll see you at your convenience. Alternatively, we’ll discuss your problem on the phone and decide if you need to be seen by a physician urgently.

You’ll have direct access to your doctors via email, office phone or cell phone.
No intermediaries.

Minimized waiting time.
Since we have significantly fewer patients than traditional offices we can see you with little or no waiting time.

Longer appointments for quality care.
We schedule leisurely half-hour appointments, not the 10-15 minute sessions most offices book.

We’ll spend time with you reviewing the results of your annual physical exam.
We’ll carefully review all the highlights, discuss any problems, referrals needed, and consider any preventive screening measures we need to take.

If you’re too ill to come to our office, we’ll come to your house or office.

You can travel with peace of mind knowing your doctors are only a phone call, text or email away.

When you travel, we’ll help you plan your trip so you can get the medicines you need and get any vaccinations that may be required.

We’ll schedule any tests we order for you at the facility of your choice.
We’ll work with your insurance company to obtain prior authorization for these procedures, so you don’t have to.

We’ll coordinate your health care with consultants and hospital-based specialists at any hospital you may choose, anywhere in the world.

We’ll help you with living wills, health care proxy decisions and end-of-life counseling.
While we don’t actually draw up the forms, we’ll help you understand what you need and why.
